I want to share my story about my younger sister’s case. I don’t know, I can’t describe my feelings after I heard from my Mom about this. Is this “Tears of Joy”?
Lately, my Auntie & my Mom, they opened up a conversion about this man, Tomas Magadia, Jr. y Bueta, who hit & bump my sister in-front of our subdivision in SJDM, Bulacan. It was 5 years ago. Then one of my Aunties tells to my Mom that she met SPO1 Abraham Fernandez’s wife last year, this policeman assigned as investigator at the Police Community in SJDM, Bulacan but now he assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan & also he is the one of the witness of the case of my sister. Nagkataon din na this policeman, who also investigate the another case for Tomas Magadia, Jr. na nakasagasa na naman sya ng isang binatilyo in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
I don’t know yet the story but I heard from them that this family, they pursuing this case na makulong talaga itong taong ito. As my opinion, nakahanap din siya ng katapat & all I can say, he is a killer driver talaga. Otherwise, in my sister’s case, the decision of the Court, it tells the accused of Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Homicide & sentences him to suffer the penalty of 6 months of minimum to 6 years of prison as maximum.
We don’t care about the money; we care about my sister’s justice.
But still, thanks for everything Papa Jesus.
